Two world firsts Global Dressage Auction sold to Germany
Global Dressage Auction had a world first with two frozen embryos for sale – one mare and one stallion by Blue Hors Zackerey out of the full sister of GLOCK’s Johnson TN. There was international interest in both frozen embryos and were both sold to Germany.
The collection of ten very talented foals, with interesting pedigree were carefully selected by team member Koos Poppelaars. The most expensive foal of the evening was Renommée de Baian. This daughter of Bordeaux out of the full sister of Adelinde Cornelissen’s former top horse Parzival, was sold for 15.000 euro. This filly will stay in the Netherlands.
The sold foals brought an average of 13,500 euro. The frozen embryos were sold for a total of 11,500 euros. “We look back with satisfaction on this second auction of this year in which we offered foals for the first time. The foals are sold for good, realistic prices. The international interest offers a lot of perspective for the future. We have succeeded in presenting an exceptional collection. On to the next auction in October, you can already register via the website. For which we have already selected the first foals”, said Koos Poppelaars.
